Engineers has been formed to focus on sustainable design and delivery
of buildings with low environmental impact. Our aim is to provide
design advice at the earliest possible stage to reduce a buildings
total environmental impact, with respect to water consumption,
energy consumption and total building Carbon emissions rates.
We offer design advice on the use of passive design features such
as external and internal shading devices, glazing, built form,
orientation and material selection. Our knowledge of active measures
including the application of renewable energy/Low or Zero Carbon
services, and the specification of the Mechanical and Electrical
services installations allow us to provide a holistic approach
to building design.
Our experience in the commercial, education, and industrial sectors
combined with our knowledge of the key issues that require consideration
throughout the design process allow us to make informed decisions
to achieve low energy, cost effective building solutions that
will exceed current legislative requirements, and meet the demand
of tomorrow’s marketplace
